Physical Characteristics
Barangay Flordeliz is located 1 kilometer away from the town proper of Municipality of Milaor. It is bounded on the north by Brgy. San Roque; on the South by Brgy. Balagbag; on the east by Brgy. Del Rosario, Milaor, and on the west by Brgy. Namuat, Gainza.
It has a total land area of 77.60 hectares. there are four sitios in the barangay with a total population of 1,244 and 242 households, 656 of 52.7% of the total municipal population are males and 587 or 47.2% are females. the main livelihood in the barangay is agriculture; however, some were involved in handicraft making and construction industry.
Educational Health and Service Facilities
Barangay Health Center is located within the Evacuation Center. There is an assigned midwife every Thursday and Friday as well as barangay health workers (BHW) and a barangay health nutrition scholar (BNS). They provide the following health services: check-up, EPI (Expanded Program of Immunization), pre-natal check-up and other programs of DOH.
There is one daycare center in the barangay with two daycare workers. Likewise, there is an elementary school, the Bal-Flor Elementary School which was established in 1957. At present, Bal-Flor Elementary School has nine rooms and nine teachers, headed by Mrs. Marcionela Garcia, the Principal I. these school facilities are located near the social hall.
Mode of Transportation
The means of transportation of the barangay are privately owned vehicles, public utility vehicles including jeepneys, pedicab, motorbikes and motorized pedicab for easy transportation going to Naga City and Town proper of Milaor. Some workers in the barangay use mountain bikes/bicycles for their transportation.
Water and Electric Supply
The main sources of water supply in the barangay are MILAWUD Water System, water peddlers, and deep well. The power supply is provided by the local power utilities (CASURECO II).
Waste Management
Presently, the barangay is waiting for the full implementation of R.A. 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2001) in the municipal level.
Peace and Order
The barangay has 13 barangay tanods to maintain the peace and order. They have night shift duty together with the assigned barangay councilor. Hence, for the efficient services of the tanods, the barangay council provides the materials and equipment such as flashlights, raincoat, nightsticks, uniforms, snacks, and other supplies needed for their duty.

There is no available site for resettlement in the barangay.

Marithes Trinidad is the GAD Focal Point appointed by Barangay Captain. She was elected President of Great Women Foundation.
Barangay Equipment
The barangay has the following equipment’s, all of which are in good condition and wit: two complete set of computer and one multi-cab, however, the barangay have two typewriters, grass cutter but not in good condition.
