ONSITE APPLICATION and ADMISSION

PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS

FOR NEW STUDENTS & TRANSFEREES

 

STEP 1. APPLICATION FORM of the Graduate School

  1. Ask for the Graduate School Application Form from the Graduate School Dean’s Office.
  2. Accomplish it with ID picture with white background.
  3. Submit it to the Graduate School Dean’s Office. 

 

STEP 2. APPLICATION PROCESS: Take and pass the entrance examination

Release of entrance exam results will be after three (3) workings days and will be available at the Graduate School Dean’s Office (gsinquiry@gbox.adnu.edu.ph).

 

STEP 3. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Original copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  2. Original Copy of Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials (student’s request from previous school attended)
  3. Original Copy or authenticated copy of Transcript of Records in College for Master’s application or Original Copy or authenticated copy of Transcript of Records in Master’s for Doctorate application. Original Copy or authenticated copy of Transcript of Records for 18-unit completers of Professional Education/Methods of Teaching (Remarks: for reference/records purposes only)
  4. 4. 2pcs of 2×2 ID pictures with white background
  5. Original copy of the latest-issued Certificate of Employment (for teachers and guidance counselors only to avail 25% tuition discount of the semester)
  6. Accomplish the GS Library Information Slip from the office.
  7. Accomplish the GS Student Biographical Data from the office, with ID picture.
  8. Accomplish the GS Trial Registration Form from the office.. For the subjects to take, please refer to the Course Offerings posted and to the Program of Study of your chosen GS course.
  9. Accomplish ADNU Medical Record Form to be requested from the GS Office to undergo Physical Exam at the ADNU Infirmary or preferred medical facility/physician.
  10. Submit the complete admission requirements and accomplished enrollment forms during the announced enrollment period to the Graduate School Dean’s Office.

Late and/or incomplete submissions will not be accommodated.

 

STEP 4. EVALUATION OF REQUIREMENTS and APPROVAL OF SUBJECTS

  1. The Graduate School Dean’s Office will evaluate all requirements and accomplished forms.
  2. Subjects will be for Dean’s approval. Once approved, Trial Registration Form will be returned for encoding of the ADNU Registrar’s Office.

 

STEP 5. ENCODING OF SUBJECTS

  1. Please proceed to the Window 9 of the Registrar’s Office at the 1F Santos Hall, left side of the 4 Pillars/Administration Bldg.
  2. The Registrar’s staff will encode the subjects approved by the Dean and release 4 copies of matriculation form.

 

 STEP 6. SETTLE ENROLLMENT

  1. Please proceed to the Cashier’s Window at the 1F 4 Pillars/Administration Bldg.
  2. Please settle enrollment: Option 1 or total payment. You may settle via offsite payment process.
  3. The ADNU Treasurer’s Office will give you official receipt and get 1 copy of the matriculation form for their copy.

 

STEP 7. ENDING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

  1. Please proceed to the Window 9 again of the Registrar’s Office at the 1F Santos Hall, left side of the 4 Pillars/Administration Bldg.
  2. Please give 2 copies of the matriculation form for their copy and Graduate School’s. 1 copy is for the student’s copy.
  3. Please go back to the Graduate School Dean’s Office to ask for the hard copy of the Graduate School Student Handbook 2018 and reminder slip for classes.
  4. Obtain the Graduate School Student ID within the term of admission.
  5. Visit the RFID studio for your actual photo be taken at the 1stflr Xavier Hall, ADNU.
  6. You may email the MIS RFID Studio first at misrfid@gbox.adnu.edu.ph for an appointment.
  7. Schedule: Tuesdays to Fridays, 1:00PM- 5:00PM
  8. What to wear: Semi-formal attire top
  9. What to bring: Your official matriculation form.
  10. For the ID cord and case, please bring with you your ID and proceed to the Graduate School Dean’s Office.

 

STEP 8. PREPARATION FOR CLASSES

  1. Acquire GBox Account as official ADNU email address from the Management Information System. Please email them at mis.support@gbox.adnu.edu.ph of the complete GBox Account requirements:

– GS Student ID Number

–  Scanned Copy of the Official Matriculation Form

Email subject: GS GBox_Surname.course ID# (Example: GS Gbox_Cruz.mba 1234-5-6789)

Your Gbox account is important since the ADNU Graduate School will primarily use the Google Classroom for online learning.

  1. Kindly wait for the email of your teachers in your GBox account no later than 1 hour before the start of classes.
  2. Please make sure to have a reliable internet connection and computer equipment for your online classes.

All our classes will be both online and have limited face-to-face sessions. Thus, kindly prepare necessary adjustments when you travel to our campus for the onsite classes.

Although the online mode of delivery is self-paced, it will require more time and effort from you to perform weekly reading and writing tasks as compared to the usual in-person classroom sessions.

3. Treasurer’s Office Cashier’s Window 1-5, 1F 4 Pillars –           for payment, settle enrollment
