The Center for Community Development (CCD) is the social involvement arm of the Ateneo De Naga University. It is mandated to develop and implement programs, projects and activities geared toward producing graduates with social orientation and personal commitment to help resolve the social problems of the society.
It draws inspiration from the university’s mission of developing “men and women for others.”
The Center for Community Development, since its implementation of office, has been immensely active in keeping the core manifestation of Ignatian generosity in the university. Several programs, partnerships, and calls have inspired volunteerism among students, staff, and faculty in ADNU.
Annual outreach activities and offerings are well coordinated every year to provide the necessary assistance to partner barangays that are in dire need of help. Through the Agap Atenista program, the Center for Community Development is always prepared for any disaster response, providing the necessary relief and recovery to affected areas.
For more information, and if you wish to share the spirit of Ignatian generosity through partnerships and projects, visit the CCD office located at G/F Burns Building, or contact them via phone at 881-2368 loc. 2061 or email at @ ccd@gbox.adnu.edu.ph.
