Bahay Atenista: Selection of Family Beneficiary

The project is being implemented to the partner municipalities of the university and there are certain measures and steps to ensure smooth implementation of the housing project. Below are the needed activities to commence the project.

1. Barangay Session

   • Barangay sessions are scheduled to formally introduce the project to the community.

2. List of possible family beneficiary

   • During barangay session, the project coordinators seek assistance from the barangay officials for the list of possible recipients of the project.

3. Family Profiling

   • After securing list of family beneficiaries, ocular inspections, interviews and data gathering take place to verify and establish credible selection of beneficiaries from the recommendations of the barangay council.

4. Project orientation for the chosen family and Memorandum of agreement

   • The family beneficiary of the project attends the barangay session/s where duties and responsibilities and the memorandum of agreement is discussed and signed by both parties.
