FAMILY BENEFICIARY:

  • Before and During the Construction period:

    • Secures legal papers for the Bahay Atenista lot area
    • Helps and assist the skilled worker/carpenter during house construction
    • Takes charge of the safe keeping of the construction materials
    • Monitors and account construction materials
    • Maintains safety measures within the Bahay Atenista Project

  • After the turn-over of the unit:

    • Maintains the cleanliness of the house and its surroundings
    • Does preventive measures during natural calamities
    • Does not transfer or sell the house to others

BARANGAY PARTNER

  • Assists the Center for Community Development (CCD) in the implementation of the project
  • Monitors the progress of the project

CENTER FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

  • Coordinates with the Barangay for the project implementation
  • Guarantees the construction of the unit by sourcing out fund from sponsors and benefactors
  • Calendars the housing works for Ateneo volunteers
  • Monitors and implements the progress of the project
  • Takes charge of construction materials procurement
  • Informs the family, the benefactors, and the community of the progress of the project.
