On December 20, 2025, the Ateneo de Naga University community representatives traveled to Tinambac, Camarines Sur, to carry forward Reverse Caroling — an annual Christmas outreach activity of the Center for Community Development, now in its 17th year.
The day began with a Eucharistic Mass at the parish of St. Peter the Apostle in Barangay Bagacay, followed by Christmas caroling that grew into a shared celebration with parishioners and their families. In the afternoon, volunteers visited households in the upland barangay of Cawaynan, personally delivering noche buena packages and spending time with the beneficiary families.
In total, 100 families across the barangays of New Caaluan, Bagacay, and Cawaynan received noche buena packages. More than gift-giving, Reverse Caroling continues to live out a Christmas rooted in humility and love—stepping beyond the campus to be present with communities and to share the meaning of Christ’s birth through service.
The Center for Community Development thanks all the volunteers who made their time and effort to be with Ateneo’s partner communities. In addition, the CCD extends their deepest gratitude to the pastoral volunteers of St. Peter the Apostle Parish, Bagacay, led by Fr. Alfeo E. Catura. Kudos also to the University Band for serenading the community with joyous Christmas music.
