The Ateneo de Naga University Graduate School MMBA217 Strategic Management class, handled by Dr. Malu C. Barcillano, Dean of the Graduate School, in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Magarao, hosted a seminar  “Creating a Unified Vision: Aligning Your Organization with the Strategic Plan” at the Magarao Training Cum Livelihood Center on October 3, 2025.

The event featured Christian Grederik Manuba, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Director of Biggs Inc. and MBA student in ADNU, as the resource speaker. He involved participants through incorporating their goals, which included corporate growth, staff leadership, strategic integration, and problem-solving.

The initiative helped the Magarao Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MMPC), whose members shared worries about not having enough staff for grant processing and the need to share the organization’s vision and mission with everyone involved.

Doris Y. Seña, MMPC Manager, delivered a warm message while Engr. Memlo Moises Sacayan, Municipal Administrator representing Mayor Hon. Ma. Maruja A. Señar, expressed gratitude in his message for activities that support local enterprises.

Finally, Robel D. Asuan, Municipal Cooperatives Development Officer and CSO Desk Officer, delivered closing remarks and was recognized as the principal facilitator of the relationship with MMPC.

The event culminated in the acknowledgment of participants, notably Arsenia O. Casas, who was honored as the Most Active Participant, along with several winners of interactive activities. The event enhanced MMPC’s organizational vision and bolstered Ateneo’s dedication to service learning and sustainable growth in support of MSMEs.
