The Ateneo de Naga University-Graduate School in coordination with the Management Information System (MIS) conducted a half-day online Training on the University Web Enrolment System (UWES) for Graduate students.  The activity was held on July 27, 2024, Saturday via Google Meet.

The UWES is a web-based enrolment application designed for Graduate students. It is intended for the old students to be well-guided in using the system during enrollment. 

The Graduate School started the use of the web-based application for enrolment in 2021 and it facilitated the enrolment process for Graduate students.

The following trainers from MIS conducted the activity: Maria Michaela P. Lorenzo, Systems Analyst/Technical Writer, and Deonis Paolo N. Cuesta, Applications Programmer. They walked through the participants on how to use the system and at the same time responded to the frequently asked questions relative to (1) getting started; (2) enlisting the subjects; (3) viewing and printing assessment; (4) payment; and (5) technical support.

With the conduct of the training, it is hoped that queries and other concerns in line with the use of the system will be reduced.
