The Ateneo de Naga University Graduate School Guidance Office is committed to providing essential support to its students embarking on their Graduate School journey. As we transition to this post-pandemic stage, students are to be equipped with the necessary skills to navigate the current demands of the Graduate School landscape.

The Graduate School Office through the Guidance Office spearheaded by John Michael Revilla and Maria Ardelya Delos Santos, Guidance Counselors offered an enhancement session for this 1st semester, School year 2023-2024 entitled “Navigating the Graduate School Odyssey: A Roadmap to Excellence” via Zoom Cloud meetings. The said activity provided students with the narrative, insights, and strategies from an accomplished graduate who has excelled in this evolving academic terrain. Further, it allowed them to understand and appreciate their academic journey in the Graduate School as they respond to the call of Magis.

The session was held on October 28, 2023, from 12:00nn to 2:00pm via Zoom. There were 157 Graduate school students who participated in the said activity.    

The resource speaker was Ms. Maria Angelica C. Paz, LPT, RGC, RPsy, a Guidance Counselor of Bicol University -College of Medicine. The speaker shared critical strategies, insights and narratives that helped her excel in the Graduate School.  She also highlighted ways on how to increase one’s motivation and confidence to thrive in the post-pandemic Graduate School environment.  Further, she emphasized some practical skills and tips related to time management, online learning, and research through shared experiences.
