Fr. Wilmer Joseph S. Tria, President of the Catholic Educational Association of Caceres and Libmanan, giving talks to NSTP-CIFP and SHS students ahead of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections this coming October 30, 2023. In his lecture, he stressed the significance of “Citizenship” in nation-building and encouraged the students to be exemplary and responsible citizens even after the elections.

The Catholic Citizenship Education and Engagement in Barangay elections seminar is part of CCD’s effort to help our youth gain knowledge and moral discernment in choosing the right leaders in their respective barangays.
