Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
  • Possesses skills in customer service and records management
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Background in website design and management is an advantage

 

Description of Work:

  • Assist the Dean for Research and Creative Endeavors in the performance of the administrative functions and in the general management of the office
  • Perform clerical functions required in the operation of the office
  • Receive and log all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of office files/records, furniture, facilities, and equipment 
  • Act as custodian of office supplies and materials
  • Assist in the implementation of office-initiated activities and programs
