Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Possesses skills in customer service and records management
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Background in website design and management is an advantage
Description of Work:
- Assist the Dean for Research and Creative Endeavors in the performance of the administrative functions and in the general management of the office
- Perform clerical functions required in the operation of the office
- Receive and log all incoming and outgoing communications
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of office files/records, furniture, facilities, and equipment
- Act as custodian of office supplies and materials
- Assist in the implementation of office-initiated activities and programs
