Program Officer for Student Leadership Development

Office of Student Affairs



  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Program Development and Formation work
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills, facilitation and organization skills
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft tools, Google applications, and other computer applications
  • Preferably with student leadership background during college years and with work experience in program development and formation


Description of Work:

  • Develop and maintain Ignatian Spirituality-anchored programs for the formation of student-leaders, organizations, and moderators
  • Develop programs and systems for supervision and evaluation of performance of student-leaders and organizations
  • Coordinate linkages and partnership with external individuals and organizations for resource sharing and generation for the office’s leadership development programs
  • Initiate dialogues with student-leaders of students governments and organizations on matters related to student leadership development, and community and socio-civic involvement
