Qualifications:

  • Male, 30 – 45 years old
  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has experience in logistical and liason work, documents filing, and in dealing with various external and government offices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, and in using electronic devices

 

Description of Work:

  • Assist in the performance of administrative and daily operational functions on campus security and safety
  • Recommend polocies and plans for the implementation of effective campus security measures
  • Perform coordination with external offices and government agencies in the submission of pertinent documents of the institution
  • Performs secretarial and other clerical works in the office
