  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Public Administration, Political Science, Social Science, Management, Legal Management
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or background in preparation of project proposals, facilitating seminars-trainings-workshops is an advantage
  • Experience or background in events organizing, marketing communications, and documents filing is an advantage


Description of Work:

  • Assist the Director in preparing and/or packaging the different products & projects of the Center,
  • Responsible for preparing the financial and process documentation reports of conducted projects,
  • Responsible for maintaining and up-keeping the facilities, equipment, and training materials of the Center
  • Coordinate with various offices within and outside of the University on matters related to the operations of the Center
  • Performs clerical works in the office
