Training and Development Staff/Specialist

Human Resource Management Office




  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or background in training/learning and development is an advantage (especially for those whose Bachelor’s degree is different from the above-mentioned preferred degrees)
  • Experience or background in events organizing, marketing communications, and documents filing is an advantage


Description of Work:

  • Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating training and development programs
  • Maintain a training and development database
  • Faciliate and prepare documents related to the Faculty and Staff Development Program
  • Coordinate with various offices within and outside of the University on training and development matters
  • Performs clerical works in the office
