More than a hundred PNP officers, Public Safety Office personnel, and civilian volunteers converge at the Fernando Hall last 28 March 2022 for the lecture “Understanding Community Response Teams: A Multi Hazard Perspective” given by Col. K.L. Williams, a retired chief of police in Missouri, USA.

The Ateneo de Naga University through the Center for Community Development hosted the event in partnership with PLtCol. Errol Garchitorena, NCPO Deputy Chief, an Ateneo alumnus and Mr. Renne Gumba, Chief, Public Safety Office.
