Human Resource Management Office




  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or background in talent acquisition is an advantage (especially for those whose Bachelor’s degree is different from the above-mentioned preferred degrees)
  • Experience or background in events organizing, marketing communications and documents filing is an advantage


Description of Work:

  • Responsible for the sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding of employees
  • Maintains a database of applicants for readily available recruitment pool and database or inventory of plantilla positions for proper placement or manpower roster
  • Coordinates with various offices within the University on talent acquisition matters
  • Facilitates proper on-boarding needs/requirements of new hires
  • Performs clerical works in the office
