Alumni Relations Office
(Full-time)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Management, Communication Arts
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and design and layout software/applications
- Experience in marketing work, documents filing, and events organizing is an advantage
Description of Work:
- Assists the Alumni Relations Officer in the conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of the programs, projects, and activities for the alumni community
- Responsible for creating any or all office promotional materials, publication, and other related matters
- Coordinates with various offices within and outside the University on matters concerning the office
- Manages the website and social media accounts of the office
- Performs secretarial and other clerical works in the office
