The Ateneo de Naga University partnered with Radio Caritas Mariae, Archdiocese of Caceres, Caceres Commission on Commission, PPCRV – Caceres and the Daughters of St. Paul for the One Godly Vote: Simbahan at Halalan 2022 Candidates Forum last March 16 – 18 and 21, 2022 at the St. Maximillian Kolbe Hall of the Radio Caritas compound.
It was a four-day event which was participated by candidates for mayor of Naga City, governor, and district representatives for the lower house.
The forum was conducted to give each candidate a venue to present their platform of government. It was also a venue where panelist and the public can ask and clarify matters on education, transportation, peace and order, and other critical matters.
Several faculty and staff of the university were part of the activity as panelists or moderator. They are: Elmer Sto. Domingo of the CCD, Atty. Carmel Pena of the ILAO-College of Law, Ms. Joyce Bulao of the Social Sciences Department, and Ms. Mitch Nubla of the ASSRC.
