True to the initiative of the Ateneo de Naga University-Center for Local Governance (ADNU-CLG) with an endorsement of DILG-Region 5 in utilizing the digital platform for the delivery of our trainings, as what the Center has been continuously thriving to provide technical assistance towards genuine participative governance through a strong and sustainable partnership with various in organizing webinars and online certificate courses still in the middle of the COVID-19 health crisis, the 4th set of online certificate course offerings was concluded last October 28-29, 2021 with Project Development and Management which was led by Mr. Juan Raul LI. Relloso, Faculty of Allied Business Courses, and Dr. Malu C. Barcillano, Dean of the Graduate School and Director of the Center for Local Governance.
This course aims to articulate and explain the concepts, elements, and requirements in developing a project. It also features other relevant project management skills such as coordination, communication, negotiation, lobbying, consensus building, and other series of online workshops.
The two-afternoon online class was attended by returning participants from the Provincial Government of Sorsogon, Local Government Unit Officials of Pilar Sorsogon, also from different regions, Academe, Private Sectors and other individuals throughout the country.
The said activity was made possible in coordination with the technical support personnel, namely, Sherwin Perez and Emmanuel Llorin of the Fr. James O’Brien, S.J. Library with the support from Ms. Edna San Buenaventura, University Librarian.
