For its fourth set, the Ateneo de Naga University-Center for Local Governance (ADNU-CLG) kicks off with an Online Certificate Course on Project Proposal Writing on September 23-24, 2021 from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm via Zoom Cloud Meetings. The said online certificate course was led by Mr. Juan Raul Ll. Relloso, Faculty of Allied Business Courses Department, and Dr. Malu C. Barcillano, Dean of the Graduate School and Director of the Center for Local Governance.
The virtual room was attended by participants from the Provincial Government of Sorsogon, Local Government Unit Officials of Pilar Sorsogon and different regions, Academe, Private Sectors, and other individuals throughout the country. The goal of this course is to introduce the participants to the basic principles and concepts of proposal writing that are helpful in enhancing the skills relevant in taking into a maximum advantage, funding sources for their future projects. This creates a way for the participants to allow themselves to learn a new skill in an efficient manner, at the same time allocating funds for future endeavors through a series of workshops.
Despite the pandemic, the ADNU-CLG was able to conduct this course in a well-organized manner where the participants could engage in.
The said activity was made possible in coordination with the technical support personnel, namely, Sherwin Perez and Emmanuel Llorin of the Fr. James O’Brien, S.J. Library with the support from Ms. Edna San Buenaventura, University Librarian.
