Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Possesses skills in customer service, records management and events organizing
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Related work experience is an advantage
Description of Work:
- Perform secretarial and clerical functions required in the operation of the office
- Receive and log all incoming and outgoing communications
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of office files/records, furniture, facilities, and equipment
- Act as custodian of office supplies and materials
- Assist in office-initiated activities and programs
