Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
  • Possesses skills in customer service, records management and events organizing
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Related work experience is an advantage

Description of Work:

  • Perform secretarial and clerical functions required in the operation of the office
  • Receive and log all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of office files/records, furniture, facilities, and equipment
  • Act as custodian of office supplies and materials
  • Assist in office-initiated activities and programs
