Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree
  • Has excellent verbal and oral communication skills
  • Has effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Has background in website management and design
  • Preferably with experience on related field

Description of Work

  • Assists the Dean in the performance of administrative functions and in the general management of the office.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings, and drafts notices for dissemination to the relevant units in the University
  • Records incoming and outgoing communications, files and documents
  • Manages and updates the information uploaded on the website of the office
  • Administers the office’s supplies, utensils, furniture, equipment, and computer software and hardware.
  • Supervises student assistant/s
