- Preferably with experience on related field

Description of Work
- Assists the Dean in the performance of administrative functions and in the general management of the office.
- Schedules appointments and meetings, and drafts notices for dissemination to the relevant units in the University
- Records incoming and outgoing communications, files and documents
- Manages and updates the information uploaded on the website of the office
- Administers the office’s supplies, utensils, furniture, equipment, and computer software and hardware.
- Supervises student assistant/s
