Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year college or university, preferable with a degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations or any related field
  • Experience in marketing work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of and a proficiency in Microsoft Office and design and lay outing software/applications

Skills Required

  • Leadership and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good human relations

Description

  • Designs and manages the implementation of the University student recruitment program and spearhead its monitoring and system evaluation.
  • Coordinates with the VPs for Basic and Higher Education and heads of departments/units for the planning and implementation of the recruitment plan
  • Conduct recruitment campaigns and identifies target areas and school for recruitment and negotiate for recruitment activities
