While for Module 2: Engaged Citizenship and Module 3: Empowerment, Ireneo D. Quejada, Chairperson of Junior High School Computer Education Department guided the participants with the visioning and problem analysis through activities that will allow them to explore possibilities and widening their horizons in creating a better future for their communities and empowering them by actualizing their visions through collaborations and engagements.

To further utilize this platform in ensuring preparedness when 2019 Mid-term Election Day comes,  Alexander B. Marpuri, Election Officer III of COMELEC-Calabanga and also the Provincial Spokesperson of Camarines Sur together with his two technical staff, demonstrated how to use the VCM (Vote-counting Machine) as part of COMELEC’s movement to educate especially first time voters and ensure an organized and smooth election, as there are certain prohibitions and reminders that the electorate should be mindful about.

These SK officials are set to run community-based Kuwentuhang Bayan: Boses ng Mamamayang Babad in their respective barangay and municipality.
