The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Camarines Sur passed Board Resolution No. 796, series of 2018 commending Dr. Arnulfo Aaron R. Reganit, ATTC Director and the founding Dean of the College of Education, as an exemplary educator that possesses professionalism and excellence in his field.

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan highly recognized his wide contributions in the need of quality and excellent educators through the formation and continuing education of teachers in the Province of Camarines Sur and in the entire Bicol Region.
