Cordero joins Philippine delegation as the guest Filipino author in the recently Frankfurt International Book Fair in Germany dubbed as World Olympics for writers and publishers. Cordero gave a lecture on The Filipino Writer as a Translator last 11 October 2018. The delegation was honored by a dinner reception hosted by the Filipino consul-general in Frankfurt which was also attended by Senator Loren Legarda.
