The Ateneo de Naga University (ADNU) and the Local Government Unit of Canaman (LGU-Canman), Camarines Sur signed an agreement on 28 June 2018 at the University’s Office of the President, represented by Fr. Roberto E. N. Rivera, SJ, ADNU President and Hon. Henry Ragodon, LGU-Canaman Municipal Mayor.

The agreement has been made possible through the University’s social involvement as one of its thrusts and integral functions. Through this partnership, the University agrees to support the LGU-Canaman by providing the latter’s needed technical assistance for its computerization efforts in its aim to enhance its governance through the computerization of its LGU offices’s systems and processes.

Among the witnesses in the Memorandum of Agreement signing were Mr. Elmer Sto. Domingo, Jr., Chairperson of the ADNU Social Involvement Council, Dr. Marlinda Regondola, ADNU OIC-Dean of the College of Computer Studies, Hon. Roberto Requejo, LGU-Canaman Vice Mayor, Don Adolfo, LGU-Canaman Municipal Planning Dev’t Officer, and Simon Monteclaros, LGU-Canaman Information Technology Staff.
