The Ateneo de Naga University, College Athletics Office, through the Ateneo Basketball Program would like to acknowledge the continuous and unwavering support of our generous benefactors, who help us push forward our advocacy of promoting the values and discipline of our student-athletes, and forming men and women of good character by using basketball our means. The mission entrusted to us is very enormous and sometimes difficult, but it is made bearable by and through the support of people, institutions, anonymous donors whose generosity is reason enough for us to continue with this noble task. Our Basketball Program has gone a long way in terms of growth in specific areas of player development, team building, community outreach, and holistic growth of each individuals.

In the recently opened BUCAL (Bicol Universities and Colleges Athletic League), both our Ateneo Golden Knights Juniors and Seniors teams have made it to the Final Four(Semi Final Round). With due credit to the players who worked hard to achieve their spot, we don’t undermine the help that we draw from our benefactors who supports us, and help us cope with our basketball operations. We owe a lot from you, and we are grateful for your help.

As a way of giving back, we have also conducted basketball clinics in some remote places in Bicol, teaching basketball fundamentals, and giving basket-balls to the local community as a form of Outreach.

All these were made possible because of the help of kindred souls who share our mission to promote our sports advocacy, form men and women of good values and character, and create a better culture of sports here in Naga and the entire Bicol region.
