A Director of the Ateneo Teacher Training Center was recognized by the Philippine Measurement and Evaluation Association (PMEA) for his contributions on educational evaluation during PMEA’s International Conference held last 21-23 September 2016 at the New Manila Bay Hotel. He is now considered as a Fellow of PMEA.

Dr. Arnulfo R. Reganit has been teaching measurement and evaluation, curriculum evaluation, and classroom assessment for many years. He is an author and a trainer on measurement and evaluation and classroom assessment. His research interest includes assessment literacy among many others.
Philippine Measurement and Evaluation Association is a professional organization of educators, researchers, and measurement and evaluation practitioners. It promotes diverse standards in various areas of education through appropriate and proper assessment. PMEA also strives to enhance and maintain the proper practice of measurement and evaluation in local and international levels.
