The Presidents and Treasurers of various student organizations went through a reorientation on the systems and procedures for budget request and liquidation required by the University, 12 July 2016 at the Nursing Amphitheater 1.

Belinda Molinda, the budget officer of the University Treasurer’s Office, gave the orientation session. She advised the officers of organizations to work within their budget, and observe transparency and accountability in their financial affairs. After all, she reminded the leaders, that their fund comes from the students and they owe it to their members to be trustworthy and efficient in spending their money for programs and activities that will contribute to their holistic development.

The required activity was organized by the Office of Student Affairs to help the officers and become aware and diligent in the operations and management of their respective groups.
