The Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) completed the training series as part of the Health Leadership and Management for the Poor (HLMP) Program through the Training of Trainers (ToT) on Municipal Leadership and Governance Program (MLGP) Module 2: Adaptive Leadership for the Ateneo de Naga University (AdNU) as its Academic Partner (AP) in the Bicol Region on 19-20 January 2016.
During the ToT, the AP Trainers demonstrated the different sessions of the said module covering the following: Bridging Leadership Framework: Review; Technical and Adaptive Leadership Challenges; Deepening Personal Awareness; Story of Self, Us and Now; and Deepening Dialogue Skills.
The trainers from ZFF are: Juan A. Villamor (Director of the ZFF Institute), Maria Teresa Romelyn Fabugais, and Dr. Joen G. Sebastian.
With this, the Bridging Leadership (BL) Trainers can now provide the training program which includes HLMP, MLGP and the Barangay Health Leadership Management to the Local Government Units of the region.
The BL Trainers are Jay Abawag, Dr. Malu Barcillano, Rolan Jon Bulao, Dr. France Caayao, Joel John Guerrero, Emma Intia, Karl Llorin, Ryan Giancarlo Macandog, Dr. Delia Oco, Errol Pederio, Rico Raquitico, Marlene Tejada, Maria Lourdes Vargas, and Benita Michele Verdadero.
The partnership between the ZFF and Ateneo de Naga University is being led by the Center for Local Governance with the College of Nursing.
