The Zuellig Family Foundation conducted the Training on Health Leadership and Management for the Poor (HLMP) Program Module 2: Moving from Good to Better to the Ateneo de Naga University as the academic partner, on 6 to 8 January 2016 at the CLG Training Room.
The module covers the sessions under the following Bridging Leadership Competencies: Ownership: Technical and Adaptive Leadership Challenges, Deepening Personal Awareness, Story of Self, Us and Now; Co-Ownership: Deepening Dialogue Skills, Understanding Group and Group Dynamics, Leader as Coach, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model; and Co-Creation: Action Planning.
The Trainers were Philip Jerome Flores (ZFF Associate), Dr. Ramir Blanco (ZFF Program Manager), Juan Villamor (ZFF Institute Director), Dr. Elmer Soriano (ZFF Consultant), and Faith Fomorcan (ZFF Project Associate).
