On 9-11 November 2015, the Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) in partnership with the Department of Health (DoH); and Ateneo de Naga University (AdNU) as its academic partner conducted the Training of Trainers on the Municipal Leadership and Governance Program (MLGP) Module 1: Grounding and Visioning under the Health Leadership and Management for the Poor (HLMP) at the Center for Local Governance Training Room, AdNU.
The pool of trainers from the AdNU went through the overview on the ZFF-DoH HLGP, MLGP, Roles of the Academic Partners, Adult Learning, Facilitating & Group Based Methods, the MLGP and HLMP Modules, Bridging Leadership Framework, the Theory U, and Systems Thinking and Dialogue Sessions. Towards the end of the training the participants held demonstrations to apply the skills acquired, and were assessed by the ZFF and DoH Trainers.
