The various Income Generating Project (IGP) groups of BS Entrepreneurship students headed by their General Managers – Maan Macatangay for Happy Neverland Café, Samira Cheema for Desi Company, Sheena Largo for Puto Shop, and Almierose Toledo for Fish-O-Patty together with respective gurus Sharon Solares, Grace Razon, Chef Gerald Garland Panghulan, and Ryan Gian Carlo Macandog had the official Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing on 14 August 2015 to serve meals at the ADNU’s Bonoan Cafeteria.
The General Managers and their respective Gurus signed the MOA with University President Fr Primitivo Viray, Jr, SJ, and with Director of Administrative Services, Bro Raymund Belleza, SJ, and Chair of the Department of Allied Business Courses, Anne Marie Bagadion served as witnesses.
Each of the different groups create their own “niche” and “appeal” to the ADNU community. They are offering Mediterranean style siomai (Desi Company); Pancakes with special concoctions (Happy Neverland); Milk fish burger and lumpia shanghai style with rice (Fish O Patty), and special puto with puto shake (Putoshop).
The MOA signing serves to officiate the terms and agreements of the IGP groups with the University as well as to establish a standardized set of rules and regulations specially on food safety in their operations while occupying the Bonoan stalls.
These groups are currently in operation at the ground floor of Bonoan Cafeteria inside the Ateneo de Naga University campus.
