The Sangguniang Barangay of San Isidro Magarao, Camarines Sur under the leadership of Hon. Philip Salvador A. Señar requested the Ateneo de Naga University-Center for Local Governance to conduct Training on Leadership Skills for Task Force on Youth Development (TFYD) and members of the youth group of San Isidro, Magarao, Camarines Sur.
The training aims to help the TFYD to become aware of their vast potentials and to improve their skills to enable them to work more efficiently with others in cooperative effort toward the achievement of their goal.

The Task Force on Youth Development in every barangay nationwide is composed of the Chairperson of the Youth and Sports Development Committee and eight (8) members nominated by the Katipunan ng Kabataan and other youth organizations operating within the barangay. The Task Force is mandated to formulate a Youth Development Plan and ensure that programs and projects in the Plan are implemented in the barangay and that SK funds are utilized solely for youth development. The activity had three sessions specifically 1) Self-Discovery; 2) Organizational Analysis; and 3) Work Group Effectiveness. At the end of the training, participants were requested to identify Action Plans that will guide them for the remaining 18 months.

It was conducted on May 11, 2015 at the San Isidro Barangay Hall. The trainer was Dr. Malu C. Barcillano and was facilitated by Ms. Benita Michele C. Verdadero, while Student-volunteer Thrisia B. Sarcilla served as the working Staff.
