On behalf of the Graduation Committee and in view of the upcoming graduation and other related activities here at the Bagumbayan Campus, we would like to advise everyone that the Main Gate and the road leading to the Covered Courts area (including the Madrigal Building area) will be closed to vehicular traffic on the following dates and schedules:

March 14, 2015 (Saturday) 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
High School Graduation Liturgy at Christ the King Church

March 23, 24, and 25, 2015 (Monday – Wednesday) 3:00 PM onwards
College graduation practices from the 4-Pillars to the Covered Courts

March 27, 2015 (Friday) 7:00 AM – 12:00 NN
Processional from the 4-Pillars to the Covered Courts for the Baccalaureate Mass and Recognition Rites *
(*Option to forego with the processional is being considered. Should the decision to forego with the processional is finalized, we may open the Main Gate to normal traffic.)

March 28, 2015 (Saturday) 6:00 AM onwards
Commencement Exercises for the colleges from the 4-Pillars to the Covered Courts
All vehicle owners are advised to use the Sta. Cruz gate when coming in and out of the campus. Relatedly, vehicle owners who are using the assigned parking area in front of the Administration Building and Madrigal Building area are advised to clear the said areas and use other available parking spaces before the above-scheduled activities.
We will immediately resume normal traffic implementation as soon as the circumstances would allow us. Please be guided accordingly and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
