The Jesuit Athletic Meet (JAM) is all set on 26 November to 1 December 2014 in Maogmang Lugar!

Last 2 August 2014, the Athletics Directors and Sports Coordinators of the various Jesuit schools in the country visited Naga City to finalize the activities for the much awaited annual Jesuit Athletic Meet. This is also the first time that the Ateneo de Naga University will host the big event.

The Athletics Directors and Sports Coordinators received a warm welcome during the Student-Athletes’ General Assembly (SAGA). During the assembly, Coach Noli Ayo, the Director of the Ateneo de Davao Athletics Office, served as guest speaker, sharing his thoughts on the importance of leadership in sports. The representatives and the coordinators also watched the AdNU-UNC (University of Nueva Caceres) game after the meeting.

To prepare for the big event, the school representatives conducted an ocular inspection of the billeting area and the various venues.  This year, though JAM is known as a competition among high school students, several collegiate events like Basketball (college-men) and Badminton were added to provide more avenues for friendly games for the Ateneo athletes.
