College of Education Organizes 5-day Training for Grade 9 Teachers in Math, Science, and MAPEH

        932 Grade 9 teachers from the Divisions of Iriga, Naga and Camarines Sur participated in their 5- day training last 22-27 May 2014 at the Ateneo de Naga University.

        The Mass Training for Grade 9 teachers in Math, Science, and MAPEH was commissioned by the Department of Education and organized by the College of Education as Center of Excellence and Center for Training through the leadership of Dr. Arnulfo Aaron R. Regani, AdNU’s Dean of the College of Education. The training program prepared the teachers in the implementation of the K t0 12 Basic Education Program with specific topics on the 21st Assessment, Localization and Contextualization, among many other topics. Century Learner, Differentiated Instruction, Assessment, Localization and Contextualization, among many other topics.

MAPEH Trainers

        On 19-21 May, the In-Service (INSET) Training for the 541 private school teachers in English, Math, Science, Araling Panlipunan, and Filipino was sponsored by the Fund for Assistance to Private Education and also organized by the College in the main campus.
