GENERAL INFORMATION

Mode of classes

Flexible Learning: Online classes with limited face-to-face sessions

70% Online classes and 30% face-to-face sessions: Five (5) F2F meetings; once a month

Note: This is temporary as of the current term. TBA for the next term.

Schedule of classes

For Intersession: Every day, Monday to Saturday, 1.5 hours per subject

For 1st semester and 2nd semester: Once a week only, every Saturday, from 8:00AM to

6:30PM. 3 hours per subject – 8:00AM-11:00AM, 12:00NN-3:00PM, and 3:30PM-

6:30PM. Some subjects have Friday 5:30PM-8:30PM schedule.

Duration of the term

Intersession: June to July

1st semester: August to December

2nd semester: January to May

Subjects per sem

As per program of study of the course, three (3) subjects only or nine (9) units.

Total assessment for Master’s and Doctorate

Around Php 21,000 for Master’s programs (9 units w/ miscellaneous fees)
Around Php 22,000 for Doctorate programs (9 units w/ miscellaneous fees)

Tuition fee per unit is P1,707.30 for Master’s and P1,857.70 for Doctorate.

Initial payment for enrollment is 1/3 of the total assessment.

Residency in the ADNU Graduate School

Five (5) years for Masters ; Seven (7) years for Doctorate

If exceeding, the student will re-enroll two (2) subjects as penalty.

Can the ADNU Graduate School accept applicants and students abroad?

ADNU Graduate School is not yet authorized to operate as an open university nor to offer transnational education. We are temporarily offering courses online this current term and school year.

Scholarships

1. 25% tuition discount for Teachers and Guidance Counselors only

Full-time or Part-Time, in public school or private school

Requirement: CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT
Indicating: job position, duration of employment, & date of issuance that falls within the enrollment period
Latest issuance, recent copy
Submission: Every term, during enrolment period.

2. ADNU Education Scholarship Assistance Program (ESAP) to ADNU employees

100% Tuition Discount Only (Full Time Probationary/Regular with 1 year service)
50% Tuition Discount Only (Full-time Contractual Faculty with 1 year service)
25% Tuition Discount Only (Part-time Faculty)

Requirement: Accomplished ADNU GS Tuition Discount Form and ADNU ESAP Form to be requested from the GS office.
Retake/re-enrolled subjects are no longer applicable for discount and ADNU scholarship.
