One who, prior to application for admission to a college in the University, has been enrolled in a post secondary education course in other college/university.

Admission Requirements

  1. Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credential
  2. Original and Authenticated copies of Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (ADNU Form)

  5. One (1) recent 2×2 studio-taken picture with white background
  6. Medical Certificate (ADNU Form)

Process

Step 1:  Accomplish the Pre-Registration via https://tinyurl.com/Trans-1stSY25-26
             (other requirements might be requested upon review)

Step 2: Receive notification of admittance to the preferred course

Step 3: Access the online application* after receiving log-in credentials via email
           *https://bit.ly/ADNUservices

Step 4: Receive the e-Matriculation Form from the College Registrar’s Office
            for inquiries, email cro@gbox.adnu.edu.ph

Step 5: Submit original copies of the admission requirements to the College
           Admissions and Aid Office and pay the initial enrollment fee onsite or online
           https://www.adnu.edu.ph/payments
           for inquiries, email payments@gbox.adnu.edu.ph

Step 6: Receive ADNU GBOX account from the MIS
           for inquiries, email mis.support@gbox.adnu.edu.ph
