The Itinerary

From the national capital of Metro Manila, we will be taking you to the Bicol Region, the home of at least three of the world's record holders: Mayon Volcano, with its nearly perfect cone; the tabios, the world's smallest fish; and the butanding* (whale shark), the world's largest fish. With Naga City as your base, you'll get to explore Bikol from 10 to 23 days and discover the Philippines from the Bikol perspective.

*The whale shark, locally known as butanding, is generally sighted during the months of January to February off the coast of Donsol, a town in Sorsogon, the southern-most province in the Bicol Region.
