Position Paper Against Mining In Rapu-Rapu

The report on the "Initial Findings Regarding the Environmental Problems Associated with the Rapu-Rapu Mining Project" made by the Ateneo de Naga University Research Team from the Institute for Environment Conservation and Research (INECAR) and the Center for Community Development (CCD), recommended that mining should not be permitted in Rapu-Rapu.
