faculty and at the same time help in the conservation activities

for research of faculty and students involved with the INECAR

equipment and facilities for the environmental researches
of the INECAR.

A journal of the Bicol Environment
- Fund
for publishing a local journal (INECAR Research and Activities).
Its present plan however is to put up a journal on scientific
researches conducted in the Bicol Region (to be named:
The Bicol Environment: a journal of the INECAR).
Local researches conducted by the biology majors and teachers
will be published in this journal as well as other researches
on the environment by the INECAR.
