Registration Types

Early Bird Registration

Participants can pay the conference fee and register early in one of the parallel sessions on or before January 31, 2008. The fee for this type of registration is discounted.

Group Registration Discounts

Participants can choose one from among the following discount promos:

  • For a minimum of 10 student participants, get 30% off from the regular conference fee. (Students Only)
  • For every 10 student participants, pay the regular or the early bird rate and send 1 faculty or student free.

On-Site Registration

Payment and registration is done on the day of the scheduled event. Participants will pay the regular fee for the conference.

Option 1 - Via Email/Fax

Download and accomplish the Registration form.

Send the accomplished form to John Phillip Lee, the head of the secretariat committee at jplee at adnu dot edu dot ph. Or you may fax the printed copy to (054) 475-2630.

An acknowledgment email will be sent to the contact information listed in the form together with the payment details and the availabilily of slots upon receipt of the form.

Fax a copy of the deposit slip to the number listed above. Make sure to include the name of the school and the name of the contact person. Or you may send a scanned copy of the deposit slip to the email address listed above.

Option 2 - Hand-carry

Download, accomplish, and print the registration form.

Personally hand the printed form to any of the conference staff at the Department of Computer Science, Room P219, 2nd Floor, Phelan Building, Ateneo de Naga University.

Pay the computed registration fee and make the necessary registration for the parallel session slots.
