Here's how you can register.

Individual Category

	Download and accomplish the Individual Registration Form.
	Submit it to any of the following APC Staff:
	Mr. Philmark Lacerna, Mr. JP Lee, Mr. Joshua Martinez, & Ms. Jenilyn Agapito
	at the Department of Computer Science, Room P219, Phelan Building.
	Visit the Participants Link on the Navigational Bar for status of registration.
	Once approved, you now qualify in the APC QUALIFYING Round on January 27, 2008.
	If you pass the qualifying round, you are now OFFICIALLY a participant in the APC Finals.

Team Category

	Download and accomplish the Group Registration Form.
	Send the accomplished form via fax to Joshua C. Martinez at (054) 4722630. Or email
	the accomplished form (even w/o signatures) to dcs at adnu dot edu dot ph or
	joshua at adnu dot edu dot ph.
	Visit the Participants Link on the Navigational Bar for status of registration.
	Once approved, your team is now OFFICIALLY registered in the APC Finals on February 7.
