Baccalaureate and Professional Programs
Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd)
The BEEd is intended for those who find fulfillment in facilitating learning of elementary school children. A student may choose his area of specialization in any of these subject areas: English, Science and Health, Filipino, Music, Arts and PE, Social Studies, Mathematics, Early Childhood Education, and Home Economics and Livelihood Education.
Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE)
This program is offered to those who intend to teach in secondary schools. These are the areas of specialization: Computer Education, English, Bio-Chemistry, General Science, Mathematics, Filipino, Social Studies, PEHM, and Library Information Science.
Certificate in Professional Education (CPEd)
This program is designed for non-education graduates who wish to teach in the basic or in the tertiary education. A total of thirty seven (37) units are required inclusive of Practice Teaching. The BEEd and BSE curricula are revised and revitalized to comply with the CHED Memo No. 11, s. 1999 and to be relevant and responsive to the manpower requirements of the city and of the region.
