 This is it! Not only did the College of Education produce a 6th placer in the Licensure Examination (Elementary Level) in Ms. Jinky Batalla, but also a 6th national placer, Ms. Ime Amor A. Mortel, in the Licensure Examination for Librarians. The College has an outstanding passing performance in both licensure examinations.
 The College achieved 89% passing rate in Elementary Education against a national passing average of 18.67%, and 70% in Secondary Education against a national passing average of 28.15%.
But for the first takers, our passing rate in Elementary Education and Secondary Education was 94% and 91% respectively.
The College also maintained a 100% passing average in the Licensure Examination for Librarians against a national passing rate of 29.99%.
We have topped all the universities and colleges in Bikol with 92.5%--with the next teacher training institution trailing us by 48.5%.
