 The Ateneo community through the Center for Community Development (CCD) will once again spearhead this year’s conduct of REVERSE CAROLING on December 18, 2009. This year’s chosen beneficiaries will be from the poorest families of Bgy.Sta Justina, Gabas, Antipolo, Sagrada and Bgy.Sta.Cruz of the Municipality of Buhi, Camarines Sur. They will be hearing Christmas carols from our very own University Band volunteers and will receive Christmas gifts coming from our school.
With the tremendous support from the community in last year’s Reverse Caroling, we made the Christmas of the recipient families truly meaningful and joyous. Once again and together with your support, we would like to continue this tradition of sharing the blessing to others and spreading the spirit Christmas.
In line with this, we would like to offer Christmas lanterns (Parols) once again at P 70.00 each. The proceeds will be used to purchase grocery items for the family-beneficiaries. All lanterns bearing your name will be hung inside our school to add to the spirit of Christmas
We also welcome donations in cash or grocery items. For inquiries may call us at local 2510. As observed last year, the total collection and disbursement will be posted at the ADNU Homepage and at the Eight Pillars for reference.
We would also like to invite everyone to join us during our caroling on December 18, 2009, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Thank you very much and we wish everyone a blessed Christmas.
